Hey, I'm Ashley.
I guide others to nourish themselves & each other.
Growing up in a large family, I learned the power of gathering around home-cooked meals prepared by my mother and grandmother. Sharing food at the table wasn’t just about eating, it was about connection, presence, and the energy we give and receive. These early experiences sparked my passion for nurturing others and understanding how truly nourishing our bodies can serve as the foundation for living our fullest, most vibrant lives.
I left my corporate career at Apple Inc. to attend culinary school in San Francisco, and I’ve never looked back. Since then, I’ve traveled across the United States, Europe, New Zealand, Central, and South America, learning how different cultures relate to food, intimacy, cleansing, and ritual. My biggest takeaway: food is medicine, intimacy is a life force, and rituals create sustainable, lasting results.
For the past 10 years, I’ve made it my mission to guide individuals in cultivating healthy, sustainable practices that bring balance, vitality, and connection to everyday life. I believe that when we are intentional about what we put into our bodies, we set the stage for growth, transformation, and deep fulfillment.
This is why I created Nurture.
HOLISTIC SUPPORT
My unique approach combines nutrition, rituals, movement, and emotional guidance to support every layer of your being (mind, body, heart & spirit), creating sustainable transformation and deeper connection to yourself and those around you.
AUTHENTICITY
Life is richest when we live and work from a place of truth. I value authenticity because it creates trust, deepens relationships, and fosters meaningful growth. Being authentic, both with myself and with the people I support, allows for vulnerability, courage, and the kind of transformation that lasts.
INCLUSIVITY & DIVERSITY
Every person’s journey is unique, and I am committed to honoring all identities, backgrounds, and experiences. Everyone deserves access to care, nourishment, and support without judgment or barriers. By creating a space where everyone feels seen, respected, and valued, we can cultivate empowerment for all.
